The quest will take place in witcher 3 in this quest Gerald of rivia have to help a boy,a abandon boy who have lost everything ,the quest will start by interacting with an old lady in crook bag bog the boy in the quest Gerald must save a boy from the clutches of monster only to find that the monster are treating the boy like a family and wants to adobe them  in their family and soon after that Gerald finds that the monster family have been killed by the people because people thought that they stole their kid.where he found out that it was not true and he must find the true cause of this and after this found that some smugglers were stealing all the kids in crook bag bog for their initial gain and Gerald must stop them in the end the boy thanks Gerald for everything and Gerald have a to choose either he should adopt the boy or he should leave .
if he adopt him the boy will later help Gerald on some quest and he will gain an assistance in defeating the wild hunt and if Gerald chose to leave the kid it later turns out that the boy has became a very dangerous land lord and who collects the bounty of the killers and murderer and later on he have to bark on a quest with him to find a bounty and to help him later on to solve a mystery of the lost soul and in that quest  Gerald found out that the boy is searching for the monster soul and his family,all he wanted was his family back but Gerald warned him if he bring them back what comes from the other door will may not be his love once but still Gerald choose to help him and so on they open the gates and so he told what comes was not his love one and they try to kill him ,the boy cried and said everyone he cares for goes in the end and left him alone, Gerald sat beside him and said its okay you and plus you'r not alone you have me ,i know i cannot be a father figure and all to you but i can be your friend and hopefully you will find me as a friend and i know just the place where you will fit in ,after this he took him to dandelion and ask him to take care of him .
